Four thousand years of wisdom in a tee.
The Purusharthas are the four aims of human life according to ancient Hindu philosophy — Dharma, Artha, Kaam and Moksha. They are not a hierarchy or a checklist. They are a wholeness. Together they describe every meaningful thing a human being can pursue.
We believe every training session is an act of pursuing one of these four things. The athlete who shows up every day regardless of how they feel is practicing Dharma. The competitor chasing a record is pursuing Artha. The person who runs because they love to run is living Kaam. The runner who enters flow state has touched Moksha. Your clothes should know which pursuit you're on.
"The four pursuits are not four separate roads. They are four dimensions of the same road — the one every human being walks."Ancient Vedic principle
East meets West. Ancient meets now.
The Purusharthas are the constant. The figures we pair them with are not. Chapter 01 draws from ancient mythology — Arjuna's unwavering focus, Poseidon's absolute dominion. Chapter 02 may look somewhere else entirely. A Stoic philosopher. A warrior from another era. A figure from any civilisation that pursued one of these four things with everything they had.
FOURFOLD is not a Greek mythology brand. It is a brand about the four pursuits — and every culture in history has had its own version of them.
